Painting with watercolor in wet-on wet technique
Depicting translucency of the petals 
Using dry on the wet and layering techniques to describe the details of the flower 
Creating the stunning lost and found edges 

Learning tips and tricks for painting flowers.

The decision to choose the topic of painting the poppies is from my personal experience as many summer school holidays, my daughter Alice loves to picking up poppies along her way back from her school. This inspiration struck me after receiving so many times the beautiful summer flowers from Alice and it’s always one of my favorite flowers till this moment. 

The sight of the fragile yet delicately dancing colors in the summer season across all the landmarks in Europe left an incredible mark, filling me with a sense of enchantment and excitement.
